Years ago these guys provided poor service and ended up over charging me. Just last week somebody stopped by saying they had an appointment schedule by my "husband". My "husband" is actually my sons name and they were clearly phishing for business. I understand they have a positive rating, but all I know from this company is SHADY business practices. Go anywhere else for your aborists needs.

I would welcome the chance to address her claims - I would need more information so I can see if we did not address her issues "Years Ago"; poor service and over charging is not something we take lightly. We have a number of Ford's that we have provided services for over the years.
I have notices on my front door which are meant to discourage any salespeople from attempting to contact me, but the Evergreen representative had the courtesy to not ring my bell and instead left a note expressing concern about my trees. I contacted him and am very glad I did. After consulting with a very knowledgeable and helpful arborist I contracted to have work done by his Evergreen crew (which he assured me was the best!). Great, fast service. Gary, the arborist, was very informative and congenial. The bid was reasonable for the amount of work done. Gabe and his crew arrived on time. They were very pleasant, careful, and efficient. They masterfully did their job of trimming tree branches away from the house and removing other designated trees on the property. On 8-25-16, my Wife and I contracted, with about a 10% credit card deposit, to have some remedial tree service done on our property. Before the next morning we decided that we had done this too hastily, that the contract required more money than we were willing to spend, and, well-within 24 hours of our signing the contract, we called the agent/Arborist, and asked if we could cancel the contract.
