Sales people continue to trespass and invade our property and harass us well after we ask them to leave. We have told them they are not allowed on our property 6 separate times, including reporting the offensive and threatening behavior to their office manager on three separate occasions and being put on their "do not contact list". Our family literally feels threatened by these guys. They do not care about your privacy and will do anything including strong arm tactics and trespassing repeatedly.

Some guy shows up un-invited to beg for tree work. WTF! I would NEVER do business with someone like this! We are in a pretty secluded rural lot. We like it for safety and privacy. I sent him on his way. Then I find out from my wife that she saw him try to kick our dog. Unbelievable! Those guys ever show up here again I will be getting video.

Here is an interesting one, about a week ago, a representative named N*** came out to our house to give us an estimate. We were going to have a tree removed and some other trees trimmed back. Things seemed to go fine and he gave us a quote of $5,500 for the job. I told him that I would need a couple of days to consider the quote and he said fine and left. The next day, I emailed both N*** and the company directly to say that I wanted to modify what I needed done. No one wrote back, no one followed up to see if we were ready ... read more

They are NOT BBB members unless forced to be by having it revealed by complaints- their ‘Arborists’ are suspect (not all are credentialed) and their sales tactics are strong-armed con-jobs. I was HORRIBLY ripped off, and therefore have done extensive research into their operations. They also have changed their company name multiple times to avoid detection as thieves- Employees have revealed that positive reviews have been written falsely. When will someone DO something about these predators?

Annoying sales person from this company and insisting coming back although we said no and showed the "No Soliciting" sign. I almost would like to say, he seems like a native English speaker, but does not understand English... I would never use this company, so many neighbors are complaining about this company right now. Consumers, do your research! ps: I would not even give the one star, but it asks for it.

Ever-Green came out 4 years ago and lifted 4 pine trees for me, and pruned 5 fruit trees. Tree cutters did a wonderful job, and clean up was top notch!

Ground Workers need to do a drug test!! They were a huge disappointment. I wish we had reviewed them first. Our landlord said they would be coming over to thin the trees on the "perimeter" of the property. They did just that and than what happened next was the worst scenario. The job was done on December 11th (2017) we had Christmas lights and candy-cane lights lining the long driveway which is located in the middle of our front yard. Years ago these guys provided poor service and ended up over charging me. Just last week somebody stopped by saying they had an appointment schedule by my "husband". My "husband" is actually my sons name and they were clearly phishing for business. I understand they have a positive rating, but all I know from this company is SHADY business practices. Go anywhere else for your aborists needs.
