So sad and disappointed. My family and I purchased our Christmas tree from this nursery because we believe in supporting local businesses. We purchased it on a Friday and put it up the next day and made sure our heat was on low and checked it twice a day for the water level. Our Christmas tree dropped so much needless the day we put it up and know you can imagine there is brown branches shown. My family has always had live trees and know how to care for them. Jerry was unbelievable. Was understanding to my requests...and within 15-20 minutes.. made it so that I was able to get the Lighthouse I wanted.....not one that I just settled for. THANK YOU! Can't wait to get it under my arbor!
