Horrible customer service. Scheduled my appointment for 10am. The day before they called to say it was at 10:30. I called and told them it was scheduled for 10am and I have plans for after. I was told they could do 10:10. It is now 10:36 and I have not been taken back. There was not a single person in the waiting room when I arrived. I told them I would need to go if I was not seen soon. They did not care. I had radiographs taken at my last dental appointment elsewhere and they refuse to use those. Had my first visit about a month ago, and my experience was one of the best dental office experiences I've had. This is coming from someone who doesn't like the dentist just like most people... My appointment was early morning and I was greeted by smiling front desk staffers and that was nice to walk into. What a wonderful place. Dr. Pfeiffer is great - great dentist, friendly, listens. I was very impressed. I needed a small filling in a chip and he did only what was necessary, no excessive drilling, no novacaine, just the minimal. My hygenist is the best. Gentle, friendly, just wonderful. And they want to work with you. I can't speak highly enough. I highly recommend them
