Service has gone down office staff is horrible. Need to fix it or or business will not succeed. Unless the Dr doesn’t care about his patients being abused from the staff this is elder abuse

Really pleasant hygienists with easy scheduling, and Dr. Pfieffer always very nice and very thorough. This is a great practice that takes pride in taking excellent care of its patients.
Dr. Pfeiffer just placed an implant crown and it is perfect and required no adjustment at all. Also kudos to Dr. Monica Flynn on her place of the post. Well done guys. Thanks so much.
