I went in as a new patient. The staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The cost for the initial exam, not bad. Three problems. 1- the dentist that was there was very patronizing. I know she did not mean to be, but she was. 2. The emergency exam took just as long as a regular full exam. They could have just given me a full exam, and at least then I would have known everything I needed to know about what I needed to get fixed. 3. I have found out that the cost that they charge to care for a root canal is OUT OF BOUNDS. W... read more

Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind
I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
I hated that I wasn't able to rinse during my dental procedure at all. I seriously almost choked. Instead of examining my teeth thoroughly like they were supposed to, they only examined them for a few seconds. They should've taken the time to make sure they didn't miss anything. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.
