The reason I give it a 1 star is because the placed closed down and declared bankruptcy due to the pandemic and they never bothered to call me and give a notice about the situation. I bought my wedding dress here and paid it in full in Feb. Now I dont know how to get in contact with them about my dress or my money! That was very unprofessional and rude of them not to notify their cutomers. Did this happen to anyone else? Can someone help? Give any information on how to contact the owners?
My fiance bought a dress from this place about 4 months ago and now that they have filed for bankruptcy we cant get a hold of anybody. Does anybody know where we can find any info? The # of ottenheimer wasnt even helpful at all. I need to know how i can get the dress or money back!
I would give Eva’s Bridal a 5/5 because back in November 2019, I had the best experience and said yes to the dress. I called about a week ago to check on my status of my dress and they have went out of business due to COVID-19. On their voicemail, they have a number to their lawyer. I contacted the lawyer and he was extremely helpful with getting me information on my dress. I paid Eva’s Bridal in full for my dress and had to pay the manufacturer to have it shipped to me because Eva’s bridal never paid them. I am posting this... read more
