If I had to describe this place in three words I would say above and beyond. Even though the owners do not live here they handle everything on a case-by-case basis very professional they're from the better storage people to work with they far exceed expectations and they go above and beyond

This place is trash, I rented a unit , number 50 and the guy from unit 51 Kenneth, put a lock on my shed after somebody broke into in about 6 months ago... They didn't feel the need to contact me, not even a single email...... Lost all my son's pictures of birth over 3 grand ... Neither SafeLease or the storage company did nothing to help me for my lose.... They believe the guy from 51 stole my stuff .... I do too... But since they didn't care to inform me when the break in happened, I'm SOL because they don't keep footages ... read more
