I feel more flexible, it alleviates joint pain/stiffness from my heavy weight lifting, my workouts benefit as well, just an overall great body feeling and sense of refreshment. I currently had a shoulder impingement and Cryo has assisted with the pain and recovery. The staff is top notch, care about their clients and walk you through everything on your first visit. Love this place!

RecommendedLoved it!! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process takes less than 15 minutes. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I am thrilled with my results. I walked in with significant lower back and hip pain and walked out with virtually no pain at all. I highly recommend giving Cryo a try, especially if you suffer from chronic pain!!! I'm already excited for my next appointment!!
