Had appointment a while back. Drove to my appointment to find a sign in the window saying closed today do to family issue. I understand that family comes first. By all means family comes first. I however didn’t not receive a phone call telling me not to drive to my appointment. Yeah. Sucks but I would understand if I received a phone call to re scheduling my appointment. Never had a reply or call from them.

Amazing place. If you have pain related to arthritis, it will truly help zap it. Shannen does an awesome job of making you feel comfortable so you can enjoy it!

From the phone call to schedule my appointment to the second I left, Evansville cryo was top notch! I live almost 2 hours away and I will be returning.
