I feel amazing after only 2 sessions. I've been doing my own research about the science behind it as well. Shanen and Susan are great. They stand with you and talk to you the whole time. Really makes the time go by faster. I'll definitely be a regular customer!
I decided to try it because of knee & sciatica nerve pain. I didn't feel different when the session ended, but my leg pain has definitely lessened since that session.
