I called to make an appointment as a new patient. This first girl to answer the phone sounded like she had no idea what was going on in their practice. The next women to get on the phone to "help" me was so incredibly rude and full of attitude. I actually had to hang up on her. My first attempt there will definitely be my last- word of advice: get someone who will actually make you excited about making an appointment!
Dr. Joe is incredible! I have never been to a better family dentist. I took my 2 and 4 year old to see him and they loved him! He is very patient, calm and knows how to ease my children while sitting in the dentist chair. They loved his magic and they left so happy and with clean teeth! He is really a genius when it comes to working with the entire family. I also love his staff (Sue, Lisa), they are so nice and always answer all my questions thoroughly. This is a dental practice that my family will be at for years to come.
Dr. Joe is the best. Plain and simple. He came through in an emergency for my family and I cannot thank him and his awesome office manager, Sue, for seeing us through it all! If I could give 100 stars...I would! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
