I have never lived in such a sweet community before! The manager Donyell, made everything as easy as possible! From application process, to signing contracts, to viewing, to walk throughs! It immediately felt like home! I really love that they provide an online portal, so you are able to go in, pay rent through the site, and request any maintenance issues if needed! These apartments are located in a really nice neighborhood in Rosedale. Minutes from from major shopping outlets. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartments well maintained. The attached two garage is a major selling feature. Donyell, the manager is very nice, friendly and attentive to any request you may have and quick to act to fix any repairs needed. Evansport place apartments are very nice and clean apartments. It’s very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend them . Ask for Donneile she’s great and answers all your questions, very knowledgeable and very nice.
I love living here! I have lived in both a 2 and 3 bedroom, units are very spacious and kept up. The manager Donyell is awesome, always available (even if you lock yourself out after hours)...lol! Ralph the maintenance guy rocks, my maintenance needs are always taken care of promptly! I definitely give it 5 stars...a pool would be nice, but my garage more than makes up for that.
I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. The apartment is very spacious comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. The management and maintenance are friendly and helpful. Available if you have a problem or questions. Repairs major or minor are fixed promptly when requested. Really like my garage.🌹
