friendly staff, very dependable, wonderful!! If you need to rent an apartment or house, I highly recommend this company. The staff is friendly and responsive. Anytime we've called with any questions or concerns about our rental property, they've responded immediately to help. Our a/c stopped working and it was fixed the same day. They even had a new industrial size microwave delivered in the middle of a hurricane. Their payment policy is very fair. Rent is due in full by the 6th.
