was utterly appalled by the treatment I experienced at Evans Family Dentistry. The dentist, Tiffinie Evans, shows a shocking lack of knowledge, professionalism, and a complete absence of ethical conduct. There are too many dentist out there to risk going to this dentist and receiving bad treatment. 😨
Completely unprofessional, worst experience I’ve ever encountered with any so-called medical professional in my life. Office is unclean with “therapy dogs” running freely, even walking on top of the reception counter, and the little ones pee on the floor. There was blood on the floor of the “clean” exam room I was placed in. Their front desk person was incompetent and didn’t know how to file my insurance preauthorizations correctly. RecommendedDr Evans n staff are super friendly and laid back, but don’t let that fool you, these gals really know their stuff! They will take all the time needed to answer your questions and calm any fears you might have. I’ve had extensive work done here and been a little anxious but Dr Evans understands and talks me through my concerns until I’m comfortable and we’re in sync with my treatment.
