I am a Tennant of Evans. When I signed my lease, I paid the deposit the week before my move in date. I was told the room would be emptied before my date. When I arrived the room was still filled with bulky furniture I had to pay my movers extra to remove. I also was not given a key so when I showed up to take my first day of clients I had to refund them.
