This is an update to a prior review about not being able to hear back from Dr. Evanich’s office to schedule my left knee replacement. Now it’s over three weeks, never received a phone call It gets better, when I contacted the office to have my records sent to another surgeon’s office it took a call from the surgeon’s office a week after my request to get the records.
