I waited an hour in a crowded, overstimulating waiting room where patients are herded like cattle. I waited even more in the room. The staff are all reading from a prompt, very manipulative and faux friendly, maximizing throughput and profits. Dr Sung was abrasive, standoffish, and desperately needs sensitivity and communication training, to learn how to engage with actual disabled people. Dr McClure is the best Dr you can find ; He is not only knowledgeable but he is really nice ; We live far away but we trust him so much that we confer with him all of our health issues;
