This is my second time seeing Dr. Kim. He is an expert at what he does, not mention personable, and very professional. Dr. Kim took the time to discuss my procedure prior to and his findings before I left the office. He also had report documentation ready to go so that I could review the results later. It’s nice to have confidence in a doctor.
I have had two procedures successfully performed by Dr Kim. Dr Kim is knowledgable, experienced and professional. His team is well trained, skilled and personable. The office is well established and their processes and flawless. I highly recommend Dr Kim and his team.

I had brain surgery with Dr. Nakaji and it left me with right side numbness, memory loss, pronunciation of speech problems, light sensitivity and headaches. He can't explain why this happened to me and says I'm the first that this happened to. I find that hard to believe. But it did happen to me, and he doesn't like to admit that his surgery caused it. Staff, management, registration,check-in, patient portal, and phone systems all dysfunctional.Quoted me generalized information while insulting my medical software and engineering background.Pushed and tried to sell me on procedures that had no warranted basis for executing.Virtually impossible to use the patient portal or effectively contact using their helter-skelter phone system.Failed to divulge all of the test results in an accurate and timely manner - taking up to 7 weeks.
Not enough space to say everything I want about Dr Kuo. He is sympathetic, empathetic and kind. He genuinely cares about his patients! Explains everything. My hiatal hernia surgery was a breeze!! He and his staff made me feel like family and his ' larger than life' just added to the experience!! I can't thank him enough!!
Dr Willis has been my mom's Dr. over the past several years and has always been very thorough and helpful. Her up-to-date knowledge, detailed questions, and careful record-keeping have made it easy for my mom to receive great continuity of care. Thank you, Dr. Willis! We will miss you now that we have moved out of the area!
