Doctor Loft is exceptional in all respects. Patient, respectful and provides care at the highest level.
I Had cataract Surgery in February. I could not be more pleased with Dr. Loft and the entire staff!
Dr. Loft is very professional and personable. He has an easy, attentive manner that immediately makes you feel comfortable and valued as a patient.
Would rate as "no stars" but not an option. My OD diagnosed a corneal edema and referred me to Dr. Loft. Earliest appt was a month out. Ten days before my appt I needed to reschedule due to an important work commitment. Tried to call over 10 times, but no one ever answered. Left a message and did receive a call back. (the only positive part of the experience). Responded that next available appt was 30 days out.
