he will try to scam first time homebuyers into signing a buyers agreement the first time you meet him. there’s plenty of great realtors out there who will build trust and a relationship with you before signing an agreement. i’ve never been compelled to leave a negative review about a realtor but this person will try to take advantage of you. do not fall for it.
