The ease of the registration and check in process is excellent. The wait time to be called back was fair, the waiting room was very full on the day of my appointment but the flow of patients being called back was good. The resources provided are very informative which is a plus since it’s a lot of information to take in at one time. PA Henson was friendly informative and professional.
