From the moment we stepped into Dr. Dougherty's office to the last visit, him and his team has been nothing short of incredible. They have shown an invested interest into each step of our son’s journey of healing a broken tibia and fibula. What struck me immediately was how Dr. Evan spent time with me just prior to the surgery, explaining everything he was about to do. I have never had a surgeon take the time to do that.The main difference though was that on the day of surgery I was in severe pain and after the operation, there was none and the pain never returned.
My visits since day one with Dr. Dougherty have been “Beyond My Expectations”. Dr. Dougherty has taken such good care of me, in that, he has been with me throughout my entire recovery process, which is something I’ve been so grateful for. What I loved most is how safe and comfortable I felt under his care. He would be very detailed in explaining things to me in a manner that I would be able to truly understand and digest. Each visit was very well understood and with a lot of care and skill
I had a fall on a Tuesday morning. I saw Dr. Dougherty Thursday and had outpatient surgery the following Monday at Salt Creek Surgery Center. I had a broken fibula near my ankle and thankfully was in a boot instead of a cast. Dr. Dougherty, his team and the surgery center were all very professional and I give the highest marks possible.
My husband fell and broke his hip, at the emergency room they told us they had a surgeon who would do the surgery. I was concerned I didn’t have any information on the doctor. The ER doctor and nurse told me he was the best, and it was who they would pick to do their surgery. That was all so correct! Definitely the best surgeon, and person!
