We feel so fortunate that Dr Dougherty was on call the night my husband needed surgery to repair a broken femur following a fall at home. He took the time to make sure we understood what was going to happen in surgery and after discharge. Office visits were easy to schedule, office staff was wonderful as was the radiology staff. We highly recommend Dr Dougherty.
Dr. Evan Dougherty did an exceptional job on my complex traumatic ankle injuries in 2019 and recent hardware removal in 2021. Dr. Dougherty is the best, he had a surgery on my son for a fractured and overlapped clavicle bone, so thankful that my 14 year old son had it with him, he is so patient, so much caring, I would highly recommend Dr Dougherty he is the best orthopedic ever

Dr Dougherty has given me my life back. I had a very complicated injury and I was told that there were only three doctors available to do this type of surgery in the whole state. I appreciate this doctor for going above what he has been taught and using ingenuity to patch me back together.

I have never wrote a review online before but Dr. Dougherty changed my wife’s life after a horrific bicycle accident, it’s the least I can do. My wife shattered her leg in three different places and Dr. Dougherty was the only trauma surgeon in DuPage County that could perform a technical surgery as this one. When I shattered my hip in Australia, our primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Dougherty. He always took his time to explain his decisions. He has wonderful "bedside" manner. I never felt rushed. His PA is also wonderful. His office runs smoothly. Everyone remembers my name and remembers details from the last appointments. I trust him and his office workers. His office, also, returns my phone calls quickly.
There is a reason why all 60 people have left Dr. Dougherty a perfect 5.0 review. He cares, listens, is patient, has a great staff, gets your surgery done immediately, explains everything and performs outstanding surgery. My wife cracked her knee in half and Dr. Dougherty made it look like new by taking his time repairing it. He is a gifted surgeon.
