Amazing. Didn't feel rushed and felt like they valued me as a customer. I had Honey do my nails and he talked to me the whole entire time unlike other places where they don't speak. Worth the price
I went there to get eyelash extensions and a gel manicure. My eyelashes lasted for about two days and when they came off they took all of my real ones off with them so now I have no eyelashes. They did nothing about it to fix it or anything or offer to give me my money back. My gel manicure lasted one day and it started to peel right off. I just paid 95$ for Mani/pedi for me and my girls.....and they didn't even do my manicure! What a waste of money! Plus it was my birthday! I am so upset!
It took almost an hour to complete my pedicure because they didn't have a receptionist and the man doing my pedicure kept having to answer the phone and go up to the desk when others had to pay. At one point, he took a 10 minute personal phone call. The worst part was how he told me my toe nails were dirty and anything he scraped out from under my toenails, he would wipe it on top of my foot with a look of disgust. I have been going to this nail salon exclusively for years. They were in the mall and followed them to this location in the Hobby Lobby plaza. A great tech named Tommy does my nails. He always asks about my family and business. Remembers my name, is funny and friendly every time. I would recommend this salon to anyone who likes awesome service. My nails always look fabulous for several weeks!!!

On 1 separate occasions me and a different guest went to this establishment to get gel nails applied and the 2nd time was to get them filled. Both times the cuticles were cut and bleeding when we were done and to fix the problem they applied nail glue. The 2nd time was for fill ins and the nails were cloudy and bubbled. The polish was applied before the he had her wash her hands. He did not apply cuticle oil. It was a horrible experience. Me and 4 of my family members just went here for birthday pedicures. The owner did mine, and he was funny, personable, and did a great job! I loved the complimentary drink and that they spent time to do a good job. I'll be back!
