I recently had a bad experience with a nail tech but management was quick to resolve the matter. Eva’s Spa always offers exceptional services to all its customers. Techs check in with client on quality throughout visit as well as offer refreshments and welcome conversation.
I’ve been coming to this nail salon for about a year now, and I can honestly say I’m always beyond satisfied. Donna is absolutely amazing at what she does — she always brings my vision to life and does exactly what I ask for every single time. I never leave disappointed. The salon itself is always clean, comfortable, and has such a luxury feel. Service was awful. The tech was very rude and abrasive.... actually made me CRY and told me to "suck it in".... among other inappropriate things. $80 for a basic builder gel cateye, they didn't even make sure my nails were even or if they needed any kind of filing, they look like someone who didn't care at all did them (yet this technician made sure to brag endlessly about their "skills" and "worth" all while making me feel worthless). Amy and Tracy did amazing on my feet and nails. Amy is super sweet and we had a great conversation. Very nice and clean place ! Highly recommend.
