This was my go to nail salon but after my experience with Donna, never again. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made an issue about me asking a simple question regarding pricing. I had my daughters with me getting serviced as well and she even tried to stop working on my nails during acrylic application. They seem to get offended when you're just trying to have an understanding on what's being done or even why something can't be done. I never got loud or behaved out of character either. I recently had a bad experience with a nail tech but management was quick to resolve the matter. Eva’s Spa always offers exceptional services to all its customers. Techs check in with client on quality throughout visit as well as offer refreshments and welcome conversation.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for about a year now, and I can honestly say I’m always beyond satisfied. Donna is absolutely amazing at what she does — she always brings my vision to life and does exactly what I ask for every single time. I never leave disappointed. The salon itself is always clean, comfortable, and has such a luxury feel.
