Cutting corners With all the other problems in this building, let's add another. The one and only elevator that goes to the roof is broken yet again(monthly occurrence). Because the building doesn't want to pay extra for weekend work, we have to now suffer. I'm glad we are spending so much on rent that they can fix little things like this in a timely fashion. PS while taking a tour be sure to check out the back stairwell and the spit that has been hanging from the stairwell for over 2 months now.

Noise between floors unbearable... All floors are hardwood/laminate, and soundproofing between floors is very limited. Management ignores issues regarding noise. Luxury prices for far from luxury experience. I would encourage you to ask residents about their experience, should you see them during your tour. Also, try to tour during non-work hours - you'll hear what I'm talking about.
