Verified Renter We really love living here! Its a beautiful building with really nice amenities and walking distance to so many great spots. It is downtown apartment living so its important to have realistic expectations in terms of occasional outside noise but overall everyone is really respectful and weve never had any issues.

I love this place! Great place to live! The staff here is wonderful. Liana, McKenna, Bryan, Jessie and everyone else work hard to make you feel right at home. They are quick to address any issues and are very friendly. I love this place!

Verified Renter Don't live here! This is the worst apartment management company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I'd rather move back into my apartment with mold issues and a hole in the wall than try to get Ev to resolve a problem.
