Lady on the phone was polite but when I called on 9/9/09 but couldnt even see me for 15 min antibiotic prescription for a tooth that was infected. Seemed very dis-concerned about the situation and told me to contact another dentist. I have insurance but she never asked. When asked if this is how they would normally handle an emergency she replied she just couldnt help. When asked if they recommend another dentist she told me just to look in the yellow pages.
