I stopped by Europtics seeing if I could get a pair of glasses I had bent from leaving in my hot car repaired. Even though I had purchased them from a different seller the two ladies in the store were so helpful and fixed them for me free of charge and made sure they spent the time to make sure they were perfect before I left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing glasses or a repair regardless of where you purchased. Great customer service!
Highly recommend! I won't buy glasses anywhere else from here on out. Worked with Pete and had the best experience both getting glasses to begin with and again when they needed fixing. I had a really good experience here, and would recommend my friends and family. The customer service was great. And they got my glasses back really fast. The Dr was very nice and the optician Barbara was very helpful.
I went to Europtics on the suggestion from my sister. I had a great experience with the staff there. I don’t like to wear glasses and have on contacts most of the day all week. Glasses don’t fit me well because I have a thinner face and really tall nose so everything sticks out on me. The girl there showed me several frames and then suggested we try a style that has no frame around the lenses. Went to Europtics for the 1st time and I was greeted by a very friendly staff. Barbara was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job helping me pick out my glasses. Great selection. Dr. Cristin Elia was a pleasure to work with and really took the time to make sure my prescription was correct. I recommend this place!
I have been going to Europtics for the past two years. They have been outstanding and even though they are now out of network, I will always return to them. Pete who works there is amazing. He is always welcoming and ready to answer any questions you may have. He makes you feel one of a kind and has always remembered my name. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Ask for Pete and he'll take care of you. He really is the best.
