Terrible experience. Never again. My first time at this location, and the waxer, Kathy, was in a horrific mood. So much so that I did not feel comfortable trusting her with hot wax near my body. According to her supervisor, Juli, who initially refused to give me the waxer’s name until I reminded her that I could simply refer to the name on my reservation, Kathy’s 10 years of experience apparently gives her the right to behave that way.
