I give 4 stars because one of the ladies at the front desk was passive aggressive and lacked empathy to the issue of my first time discount. My real waxing experience was awesome! Dae walked me through the trick to make it painless. My Brazilian waxing was so smooth and all 4c hair were all taken out. Thanks Dae for saving the day, I'll definitely be back. I went back yesterday and as always, Dae was awesome 👌. I'll be back! It's 5 stars! Gianna attended to me today and she was awesome too!
