I'm actually glad my first eyebrow wax was free, because it was not great. I had it done the morning of my wedding (figured it was a fancier place than the nail salon), I had to tweeze to fix it and I won't be back. The person who did the waxing said that my eyebrows were different on each side and they couldn't match them. Seriously?? Then why are you doing this, I wanted to ask - but instead left a generous tip and walked away. 1/5
Kaityn was friendly and professional. I was done quickly. The results were exactly what I anticipated .
I recently saw Specialist Gianna & she was great! She’s a great listener and very pleasant to talk to. She’s educated & her work was delicate and focused. We shaped up the top of the brow and did away with any “unibrow” hairs, or hairs forming in between the brow. We agreed upon touching up the bottom of the brow, and allowing time for additional hair growth to give a fuller look— highly recommend!
Kaitlin is the best, always welcoming, and great at what she does!
