Ive been here a couple times before and they did good but this last time I went it was horrible, I went with my sister and the girl that did her nails was rude and cut her pretty bad, didn't apologize and painted over the blood. The girl I had took 2 hours and it looked terrible, I wanted a matte color that only lasted a day, the acrylic was too thick, and they were way too long. I wanted to go shorter but the girl said it wouldn't look as good..I'm so embarrassed of them and I paid $65.00

I am not sure who did yours and your sister's nail but measure will be taken in order to prevent this in the future. As for your nails and that of your sister's, we have a two week policy for fixes. If you are not satisfied with them or if they were to chip or break we would fix them for you at absolutely no cost. Hope you will take this into consideration. Than you.
I loved the hand filing for a rebase. Nails were thin and very natural looking. HOWEVER.. Nails tech tried to watch a movie on her phone while trying to do my nails. I had asked for the more expensive shellac polish since it stays on very well. In less than a week the shellac is peeling off like sheets of plastic. AND IT COST $55. About $15 more than I have ever paid for a rebase and shellac. Was going back and complain, but they seem to close about the time I get off work.

Hi this is Tammi. I understand your problem and I truly apologize. I can assure you that none of our nail techs were trying to watch a movie while working on a customer. We monitor our technicians and if that were the case they would no longer be employed with us. That is our policy. As for the shellac, we have a one week warranty on them. I have been going to European nails for 10 years they are absolutely amazing and I can show them a picture of s nail design and they will do it no matter what and I can 3 weeks before I need a rebase and my nails never break, crack or lift. I highly recommend European nails!!!
Went in for my first time, & it was my first time getting my nails done in a year. I was NOT impressed, the lady (Tammy) doing my nails was too worried about everything else. Not my nails, feel like she could of done great but she didn't. Most likely won't be back.
I love this place!!! My technician is Susan (station #10) and she's the only one I go to to have do my nails done by. I've been going here for years off and on and it's the only place I like. Susan is very understanding of what I want and is very attentive to my needs. Great customer service and would recommend anyone I know to go here.
This is the best place I found yet. Everyone is friendy and nice. Been coming here every two weeks for nearly a year. I've only had one bad set of nails. But they always fix for free. I love Suzanne, Kelly, Tammi and two more ladies but can't remember their name. I think the prices are fair. Absolutely my favorite place!
