I cannot thank the team at European Motors enough. For all warranty and recall work I have to use the Land Rover dealership in Des Moines and have experienced nothing but frustration throughout every interaction. I received a low coolant notification for my GLS Mercedes-Benz. I called European Motors to see if they could accommodate me. The gentleman on the phone said to come in anytime; they would be happy to help. I was in and out in 10 minutes, tops. This saved me a trip to Iowa City. Excellent customer service and convenient to Cedar Rapids. Grateful!
I contacted European Motors, from California, on a newly listed car. The communication with Tommy was excellent from my first call and throughout the entire process until I purchased the car. Very poor mechanical work, be highly cautious taking anything here, pretty sad experience I wouldn't wish on anyone, love how the owner tries justifying poor work completed, have pictures of the damaged parts, horrible price gouging shop not worth half what they charge
I've been in twice so far with things that turned out to be very minor repairs for an Infiniti SUV. Every time the staff has been very helpful and friendly. When bigger issues arise this will be my first call!
