i bought a eva varro dress and brought it to this cleaners to have the side seam sewed up 4". i told the clerk several times it was new and had never been worn. when i went to get my dress my heart sank when i saw it was hanging up on a hanger. it was a stretchy dress from dillards they said perfect for travel. comes out of suitcase wrinkle free hand wash and dries in about 1/2 hour. the label states " hand wash, lay flat to dry" I never asked for cleaning as it was new and i told the clerk this. they also added... read more
