These guys are always so nice and HONEST. I usually wait and take advantage of their free WiFi so I am still getting work done. love the complimentary car wash and beverages too. other dealer service departments can't get you in the same day, over charge you and just really aren't as nice. love my European Car Sales of America. My service advisor today was Troy and he's awesome!
I brought my car here for an oil change for my Accord, which cost $45. It's a pretty expensive price for an oil change, but you will get a complementary car wash (both outside and inside). The waiting room is very nice: clean and cool with free bottles of water. It took 45 minutes and they checked all the sensors. They also fixed the tire pressure warning displayed on my car for free due to excessive pressure on one of the tire. Jonathan, the guy took care of my car was very nice and professional. Our recent experience with Sergey in purchasing a beautiful pre-owned 2013 Toyota Highlander was rewarding and about as pain-free as possible while going through this process.
