I have had excellent customer service here. Top notch place with an amazingly knowledgeable staff. I have taken my Mini Cooper to the dealership many times for ongoing problems, only to be sent back with the same problems still in place and inflated prices. EAS, knew EXACTLY what the problem was, just by my explanation! Super fast service, excellent prices. Love the communication. I wish I had known of them years ago!! Thank you.
The service and value just keeps getting better and better. While we got off to a bit of a rocky start when I first brought my 2006 Mercedes E350 4Matic in for an oil change 18 months ago, they have always made things right. These guys are great. I have used them for years. I'm sitting in their waiting room as I wright this while they are replacing a tag light at no cost. They have always gone the extra mile for me and everyone I know that uses them!!!! Also I wanted add after reading this gentleman's (used loosely) review below me (Brian) that I have used them for over 20 years to repair and maintain my BMW and my Mercedes and never once have they failed to fix any issue I have had, which have been very few or honor a warranty.
