Great nail color selection unfortunately male staff member was rude by rushing us saying “hurry up and pick a color” to a little girl. Then left a smudged fingernail. My girl was overwhelmed by him.
Horrible service! I asked for French tips, and this is what I got. They also made me pay before my service, which made me feel uncomfortable. I can’t help but wonder if it was because I’m Black and have an accent. I do not recommend this place. The work was not done properly, and the quality was far below what I expected.
Nancy is so great! She is so nice and was able to give me the perfect wedding nails! I don’t live in Pittsburgh but if I did I would be a regular customer!
I got my eyebrows/face waxed here and experienced a burn and irritation afterward. When I went back the next day, my concerns were brushed off and I was only told to use Vaseline. I understand some sensitivity can happen, but this felt beyond normal and I was concerned about potential dark marks. I wish the situation had been taken more seriously or handled with more care.
