Tired hotel which is neither classy nor cool. The room was OK other than a smell from the bathroom sink that you'd imagine some bleach would have cured. Useless pillows that were so soft as to be non existent as neck support. Snoring from adjacent room didn t help a restful night. No sort of dress code in the hotel bar. There are a number of bars in Belfast that would have turned half the clientele away. This all negatively affects the atmosphere. The breakfast manager seemed out of place in a hotel. I would highly recommend the roper hotel because the staff are well trained and disability makes of guiding and helping people who have severe sight loss I would recommend this hotel to anyone the stuff on the front desk and all the staff are lovely and very helpful I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I would stay here again I would give this hotel 10 out of 10
