The meal we had was beautiful ,, lovely staff ,well mannered ans so helpful,, later enjoyed a drink and the music in the bar soon it was time to head home to Ballycastle,,,
Horrendous service, very unpleasant & unprofessional staff. My previous experiences have been positive hence why we returned to europa, however unfortunately we will never be back. Nor would I recommend.

It's a great relaxed iconic hotel in the heart of the city.... love staying here whenever I get the chance... great food,amazing cocktails and very friendly staff... what more do you want!
Really lovely Christmas lunch today. Food was creative, well presented and very tasty. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and most of all very pleasant staff who looked after our every need. Highly recommended.
