I had bad night sleep for some reason the square pillow hurt my neck I waited for heat to come into room but it didn't I thought room was cold.we had a package deal two course meal sleep & breakfast .evening meal was tomato soup Luke warm ,Wheaton scone was nice . my beef lasagna was more like left over spaghetti Bolognese with cheesy top I didn't like it.i now await breakfast I do hope it's not a sorry state.iam sorry but this time I do not rate my stay at this very beautiful hotel.staff where poilet,very attentive.date of ... read more
RecommendedRestaurant staff were extremely helpful and friendly... including the pianist 🎹 Food was delicious. Room was huge, beds were super comfy, bathroom spotless, location was PERFECT! So central !
My husband and I stayed at the Europa last Sat night for the first time. We were really looking forward to it but were let down by our experience. Whilst the downstairs area and even the hallway to the room were lovely, the room was not. The curtain was hanging off and there was a hole in the base of the bed There was a long dark hair sitting on top of the duvet. There was also a musty smell in the room. If you are just passing through on an over night it's fine our room is disappointing small couldn't swing a cat in it as they say... terrible view brick wall sure bed is comfy clean sure it's all you need x
heating in bedroom wasnt working it was so cold .there was other faults with the bar and staff .and then the food .they had alot off ppl in which they couldnt cater for the crowd.
Lovely hotel, great staff. The rooms are big and comfortable. Negatives are no aircon, the baths don't have handles to aid entry and exit, and no rubber duck! I would stay again, breakfast is excellent.
Beautiful hotel, staff incredibly attentive and friendly. Our room was lovely and spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Can't wait to stay again in December.
Reception very helpfull and made us so welcome and offered us a late check out complimentary
Had a fabulous time last night especially in The Piano Bar, staff couldn't do enough for us. Food was fab, cocktails amazing, very relaxed atmosphere with piano player in the background. Thanks to the staff Cormac, Lara, Callum and Rachel who really looked after us. Great breakfast too. 👏👍🤩
