My second visit to Euro Motorworks was as satisfying as the first. Work was done promptly, efficiently, and at a substantial savings from the dealer's prices. I rarely take the time to submit reviews, but I feel that it was merited for this provider.
This place is normally great but the last time I had my care inspected they did not wash my car and the courtesy car died on me on the way taking it back.

I had a great 1st experience at Euro Motorworks. I just purchased a 2008 TT and needed to have it inspected and change the oil. The shop manager was very friendly and called to confirm their findings, review cost, etc. It was all needed, radiator and break fluid flush along with the oil change and inspection. My first surprise was that they comp'd my inspection fee. Just as a new client courtesy. Very nice. Next I received a thank you card/survey, postage paid of course. We have been customers at EuroMotorworks for several years. They have serviced our Volvos and VW's. They are honest and reliable. We highly recommend them.
I have been a customer of Euro Motorworks for at least 5 or six years and have found them to be extremely straight forward and reliable. The last time I took in my BMW 740 I they did the "Springtime" checkup and found nothing wrong. (no charge) I will continue to recommend them every chance I get.
The service manager told me my car was a "basket case" and that " that I wasted my money" when I purchased it. Then gave me an estimate to fix my car for $6300.00. I was able to take it to Hash Imports and had the work done for a fraction of the cost! I will not be recommending Euro for anything!
My first contact with this company was for an oil change. My oil minimum light came on earlier than I was expecting. They explained that Audis are expected to go through fuel, so it wasn't necessarily indicative of a leak or problem. However, until I could find time to come by and get an oil and filter change it would be a good idea to at least add some oil to avoid engine damage. They told me the right kind of oil to add.
