I would never recommend Eureka Glass for replacement windows. They measured for my window and delivered one that was 3 inches bigger than the opening that THEY measured. They initially insisted that a professional would know how to install the window. Their solutions included me modifying the window, taking the 6 ft window back to them to modify or schedule them to come to modify the window in 60 days. promises to have to owner contact me for a solution have been empty. Hi Kathleen, we're sorry you are not satisfied. While we generally don't measure for self-installs, we wanted to try and help out. The fins you reference as 3" too long would be cut by a professional installer - the window is the correct size for installation. While our schedule is extremely impacted at the moment, we would still be happy to help you get the windows installed properly, try our Eureka office and we'll see what we can do!

I'd broken the the glass on the door to my wood stove. I called Eureka glass and asked if I could have it repaired in one day, as I live in Willow Creek. Luckily they had the glass in stock and repaired it by end of day. They could not have been nicer or more helpful.

We just had Eureka Glass people replace our sliding glass door, turned out wonderful!!! When you open your back door a million times a day to let the dogs in and out, it is so nice to hear the swoosh of a door I can open with one hand . Thank you!!!

I have casement windows from the 70's, and so the machines for them are VERY uncommon. Went over to these guys and guess what? They had them! Guess who I'll be going to to add that extra pane of glass this next spring.
