Dr. Matthews was very professional and patient in the way he explained what my dental situation is at present and what is going to be required to remedy it. Jamie and Amy are most efficient and thorough. I have found my new home for all my dental needs.
Yesterday I had a tremendous amount of work done. Three large silver fillings replaced with white amalgam and a molar prepped for a crown. Dr. Matthews was expedient yet patient, answering my million questions while gently completing my work. I left his office smiling, and 24 hours later I have had little discomfort and a lot of time looking at my new smile in the mirror!
The staff is friendly, competent and thorough. They explain everything in detail and make you feel like a valued patient. Highly recommended.
I had a molar crack in half on a Sunday that was very painful and needed to be pulled immediately.I called at 9AM the next day (Monday) and was told to come in asap! Dr Matthews was able to work on me and his other scheduled client & I was so grateful for his efficiency! I am not a big fan of going to the dentist and he made sure I was good and numb before working on the extraction. I am not a fan of any dentist and he made me feel comfortable under the circumstances as well. Thank you Dr Matthews :)
I chipped my two front teeth. They were able to see me the next day as a new customer. Eureka Dental Art fixed both chips and it looks natural.
I don't think anyone would ever say they enjoy a trip to the dentist, but Dr. Matthews and the staff make these visits as painless as possible. Dr. Matthews does a great job of explaining the procedures he will be doing and follows up with his patients.
