"I’ve been a regular here for a while and generally enjoyed the service, but lately, the administrative side has become unreliable. On multiple occasions, the price I was quoted changed once I arrived in the waiting room due to 'miscalculations.' More frustratingly, I’ve taken time off work only to be told about these increases at the front desk. It’s hard to justify coming back when the pricing isn't honored and my time isn't respected."
