Nobody there cares about you, period. All they care about is creating more appointments to inflate the buget for next year, and do their little job that they get a paycheck for, and they have nothing to do with you all, so the system is built on "WE DON"T CARE FOR YOU AT ALL...!!!" and you are just another number, which has nothing to do with your health at all...!!! It is the DMV of medical care ... idiots. (I am amazed they could buy a medical degree)
I am writing this because the Eureka Community wellness Center needs to be aware of the on call nurses. Tonight I spoke with the on call nurse who was unprofessional. Is there a Manager or a board I can speak with regarding the situation. The person who spoke to me has never talked with me and wasn't fully aware of my situation. They had the audacity to tell me on the phone that I don't have any issues with my Asthma to get any medication and basically called me a liar. I have never experienced rudeness like this. Beautiful facility and great, knowledgeable medical providers. Humboldt County is so fortunate to have such a modern clinic for health care.
I like going here. Very nice receptionist and doctors. I get really well treated by my doctor, Chris West. He's very patient with me and listens to my health conditions. I could never find another doctor like Chris.
