Stuffy Atmosphere – Great color, beautiful salon...the staff could do a little better to make it more comfortable and not so stuffy. Also-the staff sometimes does not listen to your requests on what you want done.
sterile atmosphere and staff – Once I set my appt over the phone, I was excited about coming here since the salon looked so appealing according to the website and the receptionist was quite helpful w/ my appt with Yana. Yana did a decent consultation but during the haircut was quite distracted by something and was cold in personality. Eventhough I was satisfied with my haircut, I felt like no-one wanted me here. The whole salon atmosphere was quite sterile and far from what the website presented.
