Don't deal with the Euliano brothers - they are crooks and they will cheat, lie, steal and rob you blind. If you currently rent from them or have them as your property managers, get out of business with them as soon as your lease expires. Mr Euliano seems sincere at first but he is a very dishonest person. The plans describe these as luxury apartments but they are really more like tenements. He ran a diploma mill that promised 80%+ job placement but they never even set up interviews for most of the grads. There are rumblings of class-action suits against him. I would not sign any contract with him.
