Dr Jacobson has been the pediatrician for both of my two children. She came to see us in the hospital for wellness exams since day 2 for both kids. To date, they have received exceptional care from her and her office. Very well-run office. There have been times I have called and they assisted with questions over the phone and every scheduled visit has been thorough and professional. Highly recommended.
Dr. Jacobson is a great specialist she provide such a good care for our daughter.
Perhaps the most comprehensively knowledgeable doctor I've had to date. My children love her even though they hate going. She is direct, and forthcoming. I feel confident having my children in her care.
The office staff is wonderful and very helpful. My 3 kids go to this office and we have always had quick and great service. I appreciate Dr. Jacobson's experience and straight to the point personality.
This doctor is wonderful. She will tells the truth and doesn't sugar coat it. She has been my kids doctor for 13 year and i take all my three children.
I would NOT recommend her whatsoever. She shows no interest in having any kind of relationship with my daughter. She is not warm towards her or welcoming. This is based off the very few times she even bothers to see my daughter herself rather than replace her presence with her nurse practitioner, who is the exact opposite of Dr. JaJackson. Anyone besides her has been lovely. It has been a week since I left her majesty the doctor a voicemail, regarding my daughters symptoms and no call still.
