Dr. Roh has twice gone out of his way to find ways to address my orthopedic ailments: first with shoulder pain (a rotator cuff tear) and again, with arthritic bone-on-bone knee issues. His concern and knowledgeable care have given me great comfort, and his bedside manner is the best! If it were possible to give him 10 stars, I definitely would!
took my elderly mother to see Dr. Eugene Yousik Roh at Stanford Orthopedic Center, and the experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Despite having a scheduled appointment, we waited for over an hour with no communication or apology from the staff, who were unhelpful and showed little regard for patients — especially seniors who deserve extra care and consideration. After injuring my knee in a fall, I was referred by the Stanford ER to the Stanford Sports Medicine Clinic. At my initial visit, Dr. Roh did not propose any treatment until I specifically asked whether surgery might be necessary—prompted by my chiropractor’s advice that an MRI was needed to assess the damage.
